Application Process

- Look out for an acknowledgment email or phone call within 24 hours from LHCCA.
- Choose between the providers matched closest to your home.
If there are no providers available in your area, your application will be placed on the waiting list and will remain there for a maximum of 3 months. Waiting list applications are reviewed on a monthly basis.
